I cannot say enough good things about Danny Ferguson and Rusty. They have the patience of Job and put up with picky old farts like me. They chase a problem until it is resolved, unlike other places; Charlotte Honda Dealership and Drum Tire in Rock Hill. Drum told me to go away over a balance issue that Danny was able to resolve.
You have a tremendous asset in these individuals, plus the service team that Danny has built over 30 years. I sincerely hope that you appreciate them as I do.
I am directly or indirectly responsible for 4 Hondas: 2 Odysseys, Fit Sport, and an Accord. Sadly, I bought the Odysseys in Charlotte; I know better now. Two points: I have influence over more rolling stock than most people and I sing your praises to everyone I see. Second, my service experience with you is probably twice that of a normal customer.

Pete is a wonderful asset to this business! He gets on a level with you that no other salesman would ever do! He was great! We never anticipated making a purchase but Pete just has the "car selling" personality. Also, Mr. Beckman (I think Paul) was great also. I cannot say enough good things about Danny Ferguson and Rusty, the mechanic that usually works on the car.
The Odyssey was bought in Charlotte. I bought two of them at the same time, one for my oldest daughter. We both had a lot of trouble with service in Charlotte; Danny can tell you the details. The finishing touch was a flat tire and we could not remove the lug nuts and stripped out the locking lug. I had the same experience a little while later with a flat on I77. It took my 300# standing on the lug wrench to get them off. What kept it from breaking off the studs, I will never know. They also warped the right front disk by incorrectly putting on the lug nuts. But enough of this.
I helped Jan D. buy an Accord two years ago, and she also sang the praises of your service. So daughter and I transferred our maintenance agreement and extended warranty to Rock Hill.
Meanwhile, I bought a Fit Sport in the spring from Russ, under the wife's name. I want to be plain: Danny is the reason we bought there. You are servicing 4 cars that I personally had a hand in buying. How is that for customer loyalty?
It is obvious from the outset that you have a staff that cares about customer service, which is a tribute the management at Rock Hill Honda.
I got the Fit in Revolution Orange color. Everywhere we go we are a moving advertisement for the Fit. We have referred 5-6 people to Russ to get a Fit. I hope they will be as pleased as Elizabeth x 2 and I are.
Don't let Danny get away! Service managers like him and good mechanics are really scarce these days.

I currently have a vehicle being repaired, that is a little worse for wear. I wasn't expecting much help or service. However, I came to Honda Cars of Rock Hill after reading some good reviews online. I met Colby at the service counter and even though my vehicle wasn't the newest or nicest, he treated me like I was their best customer. At some point, EVERY single person in the service area asked if i needed assistance or help with something. I was truly impressed. Joe is working on my vehicle and has been very informative and has done a great job. There are a lot of car dealers out there, but once you drive off the lot, the only thing you have left, the only thing that REALLY makes the difference is the service and support of the people you purchase from.
