Recently, American Honda Motor Co., Inc. reported sales of 134,475 Honda vehicles for the month of May -- resulting in a gain of 0.7 percent compared to May 2016 sales results. Honda truck sales helped fuel the month's performance, growing 5.6 percent on 63,650 trucks sold.
There were more than 32,000 Honda CR-V vehicles sold in May for a sales jump of 9.6 percent, and the Honda Accord and Honda Civic models each saw over 31,000 vehicles sold for the month. The Honda HR-V model established a new all-time monthly sales record in May, gaining 29 percent on sales of 9,533 vehicles.
