Honda Making Recyclable Cars For a Better Future

Building a car is a resource intensive process. It's a shame, in turn, when a car's life comes to an end and those resources go to waste.

That's why Honda has been striving for years to make sure its cars are as recyclable as possible. Establishing its own high standard, Honda has been working to ensure that 90 of the materials used in the construction of its cars can be recovered at the end of their life cycle. It's been meeting and exceeding this standard since 2004.

Honda Innovation to Power Smart Home in California

In California, officials want all newly constructed homes to be "zero net energy" by 2020. Honda, however, is looking to achieve that much sooner, stepping up to build the Honda Smart Home.

That's right, Honda is building homes. It's not much of surprise, considering the company has its hands in many…

Honda Helping Drivers go Green

When you perform fuel-saving maneuvers like steady acceleration, a meter in the dash will glow bright-green. Less fuel-saving moves, meanwhile, will cause the meter to flow in a blue-green tint.
